Katie Mehnert knows the future of work—and how to navigate it. A futurist, author, and former corporate executive turned entrepreneur,  she has advised Fortune 500s, two political administrations, and built global ecosystems.

Katie's superpower is people.  Knowing them, growing them, and helping to create ecosystems of relationships that grow value.

After watching Baby Boomers and GenX leadership pushed aside for cheaper, more inexperienced labor and now algorithms, Katie, a GenXer,  ran her own experiment in 2025: nine months applying for roles on LinkedIn and outreach to her top recruiters. The result? Nada.

Katie is also an entrepreneur who knows companies that need A+ help but cannot afford expensive consultants or agencies who drone out more of the same things.

Her takeaway?  The system isn’t broken because of AI or skills gaps—it’s broken by design.

In 1776, our forefathers built the United States of America. The energy,  labor,  education, and economic incentives that worked 250 years ago are outdated.  It's time for a multi-generational shift in the way we think about people, prosperity, and planet.

Katie has created the  Bee-Suite to fix it—a hive where builders thrive to build what's next.  Because it's about who you know, what you know, but more importantly, how we approach it.  For her, this isn’t just business. It’s personal.
