Know Before You Go - The Ask Break the Rules, Unleash Curiosity & Build the Future

We’re thrilled you’ll be joining us for the launch of The Ask. Below is everything you need to know to make your experience seamless — whether you're attending in person or online.

THESE ARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOTH IN PERSON AND ONLINE PARTICIPANTS.  

FOR IN PERSON, PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY TO AVOID LATE ARRIVAL

Date: Friday, March 6, 2026

Time:  9:00 AM – 11:30 AM - The program starts promptly at 10:00 AM in the auditorium; arrive early to have breakfast, check in and network.

Venue: In your GPS type Anderson Clarke Center. We will be at Rice University Glasscock School of Continuing Studies. The best access point for the campus is ENTRANCE 8 at the intersection of University Boulevard and Stockton Drive. 
 
Tickets: Please have your ticket confirmation ready (digital is fine).
 
Parking Instructions

  • Park in West Lot 5 for the event which is behind the Anderson-Clarke Center.

  • Arrive before 9:30 AM for automatic gate access.

  • After 9:30 AM, press the “Attendant” button and mention complimentary event parking.

  • Parking slots are limited.

ONLINE ATTENDEES

  • A calendar invitation will be sent to attendees to help you mark your calendar.

  • The livestream will open 15 minutes before the program begins at 9:45 AM CT.

  • The event will also be streamed live on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

GENERAL FAQs

Will there be books for purchase?

Yes, we'll have books onsite for purchase:  you'll need to make that purchase online and show the receipt.  Both of Katie's books, The Ask & Grow with the Flow, will be available. To order visit, ask.katiemehnert.com. No cash will be accepted onsite. 

 The book is now available at Amazon and across the web at your favorite site.  Note, ordering onsite helps us increase the donation from the book sales to our non-profit.

I have a guest who isn’t registered. Will you allow registration at the door?
